JY-06 Bio-based polyurethane heavy-duty anti-corrosion primer (For Steel structure platform)

It is a high-performance anti-rust primer mainly composed of modified zinc phosphate and other anti-rust pigments, biobased polyurethane resin, various fillers and additives. It has excellent corrosion resistance, quick drying, and is not prone to damage during the transportation of workpieces. The minimum curing temperature can be as low as -20℃.

APPLICATION:Multi-purpose spray primer, low-temperature curing, short coating time interval, excellent salt spray resistance, long-lasting anti-corrosion performance. Widely applied in the anti-corrosion of steel structures in fields such as port machinery, construction machinery, petrochemicals, pipelines, etc.

Technical Requirements and Surface Treatment:Steel surface: Sandblasting for rust removal up to ISO 8501:2007 standard Sa2.5 or manual or power tools rust removal up to St3 level. Keep clean and dry.

Restriction:When the ambient temperature is below 0℃, the curing time of the paint film may be prolonged. Be careful that there should be no ice on the surface of the workpiece.
