JY-10 Weather-resistant bio-based polyurethane topcoat (For Steel structure platform)

The topcoat is mainly composed of bio-based polyol resins, various color pigments, additives and a small amount of solvents. The curing agent is isocyanate curing agent.

APPLICATION:Matte or glossy finish, with excellent light retention properties.
Extremely resistant to harsh climates, highly wear-resistant, and excellent in chemical and solvent resistance.
Suitable for high-performance decorative protective coatings for various mechanical equipment under various climatic conditions.

Technical Requirements and Surface Treatment:For use on the base surface that has already been coated with primer or intermediate coat, the surface must be kept clean, dry and free of oil stains.
Pre-coat matching materials: Bio-based polyurethane primer or intermediate coat.

Restriction:Mix and use according to the specified proportion. Use it up within the usage period. After mixing and stirring evenly, it is recommended to let it stand for 5-10 minutes before applying.
The curing agent is prone to react with moisture. When storing and using, the lid should be tightly closed. If it is applied in rainy weather, it will affect the gloss and appearance of the paint film.
