I.Pre-construction base treatment:
1.Clean the ground to remove surface dust. Check for hollowing in the ground structure. Avoid cross-construction on site.
2.Polish the base ground using the grinding machine with 8 /16 # Iron grinding wheel and then using a cutting machine to open anchor slots.
3.Construction standards for anchor slots: basic grid 1.5 meters * 1.5 meters, open slots 10 centimeters wide at the edges of walls and columns, add cross lines at right angles.
Slot dimensions: 0.3-0.6 centimeter wide, 0.6- 0.8centimeters deep. Open slots 1.5 centimeters along the metal edges on both sides of the drainage ditch.
4.After grinding the ground, clean the ground to remove surface dust, and use a vacuum cleaner to blow it clean, making the ground free of tactile dust, and blow the slots clean. The concrete surface should be free of oil stains and dust.
II.Construction Steps
1.Base Mortar: Apply with a 3mm/5mm trowel of Component A series. Use multiple forming gestures, ensuring the edges of the walls are firmly pressed to make full contact with the ground to prevent hollowing. If there is cross-construction, a second flat knife should be used to seal the base coat to ensure the surface effect of the top layer mortar.
2.Surface layer mortar: Use A component series 3mm/5mm trowel to spread self-leveling compound, with a thin and tight gesture. Ensure the edges of the walls are pressed firmly to make full contact with the ground and prevent hollowing.
3.Topcoat: Use A component 9# series to apply by trowel and roller, without piling up materials.
4.The interval time between each construction layer should be no less than 8 hours.
5.Materials such as protective film and masking tape used during construction should be removed within 1 hour after operation is completed.
III.Matters need attention
1.Before construction, conduct a reasonable report on the original ground survey and treatment plan at the site, and carry out a comprehensive assessment to ensure normal construction.
2.After the materials are mixed and stirred, use them up within the specified time to ensure the freshness of the materials.
3.Ensure that the protective film, masking tape and other materials used during construction are removed within one hour after the operation is completed.
4.Shake the color paste well before adding it to avoid color differences.
