JYMPU-314-ESD PU cementitious flooring series

This is a composite cement mortar self-leveling mixture composed of bio-based modified polyol, MDI, sand aggregates, colored paste, and conductive materials mixed together.
This product boasts excellent corrosion resistance and anti-static properties, dries quickly, and is particularly suitable for food hygiene, chemical corrosion, high-temperature and high-humidity conditions, water immersion, dampness and greasiness, low-temperature freezing, heavy loads and strong impacts, as well as extreme industrial environments. It is also environmentally friendly, non-toxic, low-carbon and green. Compared with commonly used wear-resistant floors and epoxy floors, its performance is superior and it has no equivalent. This product is widely applied in various industrial fields such as mobile phone factories, automobile manufacturing, pharmaceutical factories, electronics factories and cosmetics factories.
The strength of the base concrete floor should be higher than the C25 standard and there should be no hollowing phenomenon. If there are cracks, they need to be repaired in advance. The ground should be excavated with anchor slots at a 70×70 grid spacing. The base mortar should be evenly applied. For the installation of anti-static flooring, special treatment processes such as laying copper foil should be adopted to ensure that the ground meets the quality inspection standards of the process:
1. The surface is flat, anti-slip, wear-resistant, and does not flake or crumble;
2. There are no protrusions, no peeling, and no cracks;
3. The compressive strength is 80 MPa at 7 days, the wear resistance is ≤ 0.02g, and the Shore hardness is ≥ 75.
4. The resistance meets the requirements (static dissipation type, surface resistance 10^6 ~ 10^9 ohms).
Restrictions: When the ambient temperature is below 0℃ or above 35℃, please use auxiliary equipment for cooling or heating.
Opening hours: 15-25 minutes (5℃ - 35℃), 15 - 30℃ is best.
