JY XP-8005 Degassing and Defoaming Agent for Paper Machine

Function
This product has excellent liquid level spreading and liquid diffusion property, which helps fiber dispersion. It defoams fast, suppresses bubble creation for a long time and therefore prevents bubble-caused paper defects such as web break, crater, crafter, and so on. The product is especially suitable for high-speed paper machine wet end, and improves the papermaking productivity ratio, reduces paper defects and improves the quality of paper.

Use
The product can be added directly to white water chest or breast box; or it can also be diluted with water before use, or it can be used after on-line dilution. Add directly if it’s used for defoaming surface sizing agents or coating materials. The general dosages of the product are (0.05-0.2)% for water system coatings, (0.1 - 1) KG / Ton of paper for pulp, and (0.5-3.0) ppm for water treatment respectively.
Caution

The product should be stored in a cool and shady place（5℃-30℃）. Avoid freezing and sun exposure. Stir the product continuously until it is distributed evenly before its usage.

Packing
25kg, 200kg, 1000kg plastic drum, or according to customer requirements.
