Function
JY AKD-1138 Neutral Alkaline Sizing Agent, a modified product of regular AKD used for original fiber. It’s a reactive sizing agent which can be used for the internal sizing of the recycled fiber under the weak acid or alkaline conditions. This product has high self-retention rate, needing no special retention system. This product is suitable for the internal sizing of wrapping papers like linerboard, high-strength corrugated paper, cement bags and so on. Compared with the traditional rosin products, there is very little foam when using this product. You can use less or no aluminum sulfate and it effectively inhibits the increase of waste water COD.
Specifications

Use
Generally dilute the product online and add it continuously between the fan pump and the exit section of pressure screen. The general reference dosage is 6- 15 kg for per ton of paper.
Caution
No mixture with other products. The product should be stored in a cool place (5 °C ~ 30 °C), avoid freezing and sun exposure.
Packing
200 kg、1000 kg plastic drum, or according to customer requirements.
