JY PAM-1106 Cultural Paper Specific Reinforcing Agent is mainly used for copperplate base paper, offset paper, xerographic paper, newsprint paper and other cultural papers. This product has made further improvement of the stability of radical cation through the use of special synthetic techniques. This product,  in neutral papermaking conditions ( without adding aluminium sulfate ), has better drainability, better retention effects, better absorption of the slurry than common PAM. It reduces the loss of small fibers, and the strengthening effect is constant.

Specifications

Use
Product diluted with cool water, dilution factor is generally 15 to 30 times. Fully mixed and adding to the slurry, adding amount about 10 ~ 20KG / T paper. Normally the adding should be at the entrance of the machine chest, head box and fan pump.
Caution
Use plastic or stainless steel as a product tank, dilution tank or piping for ferrous materials will cause corrosion and tack which will reduce the effect. Do not mix with other chemicals. It must be put in shady place around 5-30℃ and avoid freeze and sun exposure.
Packing
200kg、 1000kg plastic drum, or according to customer requirements.
