JYMPU-A3 Special polyurethane mortar for tile based floor

This product adopts the advanced domestic bio-based synthesis technology and specially structured castor oil modified polyol emulsion. It has unique adhesion properties and is particularly suitable for the renovation project of old tiles in food factories. It has excellent adhesion and mechanical properties to the old tiles or glazed tiles. It can be used in extreme industrial environments such as chemical corrosion, high-temperature and humid heat, water immersion and slippage, low-temperature freezing, and heavy load and strong impact. It has low VOC, is non-toxic and odorless, and complies with strict health and hygiene standards.
This product has a high solid content, low shrinkage, strong adhesion, and high hardness. It is recommended for application in the water-based polyurethane mortar base coating scraping process. Depending on the ground strength and environmental temperature, it can be flexibly combined with MDI curing agent, coarse aggregates, and appropriate color paste (see reference ratio). The construction process is simple, the construction performance is excellent, it cures quickly, and the construction temperature range is wide (0-35℃).
The ground has good sealing performance, low shrinkage, and is particularly suitable for industrial factories with poor ground foundation and tile flooring construction. It has high cost-effectiveness and is durable.

Notes:

1. The rapid stirring time after mixing all components should not be less than 40 seconds.
2. The mixed material should be used up within 15 minutes.
3. If the material feels sticky when being scraped and its volume increases by more than 30%, discard the material, stop using it, and re-weigh and use fresh material.
4. If there is any abnormality in the ingredients, such as increased viscosity during stirring or heating of the material, it is prohibited to use.
5. It is recommended that the range of coarse aggregate usage is between 5-7 kilograms. This should be combined with actual application.
6. This group of materials is only for use in the batch scraping process and should not be used for self-leveling surface layers.
