JYMPU-A1 solvent-free overcoat varnish

This product adopts the advanced domestic bio-based synthesis technology and castor oil modified polyol. It possesses the unique high performance of polyurethane elastomers, and is particularly suitable for use in extreme industrial environments such as food hygiene, chemical corrosion, high-temperature and humid heat, water immersion and slippage, low-temperature freezing, heavy load and strong impact. It has low VOC, is non-toxic and odorless, and complies with strict health and hygiene standards. This product is a polyurethane solvent-free product with high gloss, good fullness, excellent impact resistance, high hardness, resistance to friction, excellent decorative properties and resistance to pollution. 

Notes:

1. After mixing all the components together, simply stir them evenly by hand.
2. The mixed material should be used up within 10 minutes.
3. During the roller coating process, if you feel that the volume of the material has increased by more than 30%, discard the material, stop using it, and re-weigh and use fresh material.
4. If there is any abnormality in the ingredients, such as an increase in the stirring viscosity or heating of the material, do not use it.
5. This batch of materials is suitable for thin coating. Do not apply thickly as it will accelerate yellowing.
